What are the benefits of being the host?
As the host(ess) you will receive 15% of total party sales towards your service(s)! What does that mean? The more services your guest receive, the more *FREE services you receive!
* 15% of total party sales, excluding that of the host(ess). Does not include hair, RMT or reflexology services. TP sale % must be equal to host(ess) requested service(s) to receive service(s) for free.
What do I need to have a Pampered Party?
- To receive the host(ess) discount you must have a minimum of 6 participants. Corporate/workplace parties click here
- Parties of 6 or more must start no later than 4pm so that all services may be finished at a decent time for all.
- We supply everything we need (tools, towels, stools, tables, polish, etc). All we need from you is running water (a place we can fill foot basins up with and clean our tools) and some treatments may require an electrical outlet (gel nails, paraffin treatments etc).
- Facials and massages require a private room (spare bedroom etc), away from the main party so that you can relax and enjoy the treatment to it's fullest.
- Hand and foot treatments can be done anywhere you and your guests are most comfortable (living room, family room, rec room etc).
How do I book a spa party?
- Don't be disappointed! Book your party at least 3-4wks in advanced to make sure you get your desired date/time. Remember, weekends are our busy "party" time! Services are limited to availability of professional(s) required to service your party, therefore some services may not be available at any given time...to avoid this, make sure to book WELL in advanced.
- Call, email or book online...it's simple!
Ok. I booked a party. Now what?
- Once the party is booked a final guest list with requested services must be given no later than a week before the booked date. Guest with any time limitations or conditions the professional should be aware of will be discussed then....WARNING: If the guest list is NOT given in the requested time frame your party is NOT confirmed/booked (unless a deposit was placed).
- A final appointment schedule will be emailed to you for confirmation.
- We will arrive 30-45mins prior to the first appointment time to set up our equipment.
- Please make sure we have a parking space in either your driveway or directly in front of your house as we have numerous amounts of supplies & heavy equipment to unload.
What sort of payment is accepted and what is the cancellation policy?
- We accept cash only the day of. For larger parties & corporate parties/work place parties a deposit may be required and can be done online.
- Parties are a time specially set aside for you and your guests to receive treatments from a certified professional, therefore we ask that you give us AT LEAST 72hr (standard 3wks is preferred) notice to reschedule or cancel your service or party. If the time requirement is not fulfilled, there will be a cancellation charge.
- If by any unforeseen circumstances we do not have the appropriate amount of professionals to service your party, we may need to (at your discretion) re-book the party within 24hrs notice.
- Travel fees may apply in certain areas and should be discussed prior to booking.
- Gratuities are not included in the prices and are only acceptable if you feel your experience warrants it. We want to make sure you enjoy your experience with us, so there is no pressure to tip if you feel it is not appropriate. If you feel your experience was unsatisfactory, please let us know and we'll do everything possible to correct it. If you are pleased with the treatment(s) it is customary to give 10-15% to your professional.
- All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed include HST.
- Wayspa.com gift cards may only be used for esthetic services and are not valid for RMT, Hair or Reflexology treatments. Gift cards may not be used with any other offer (ie. hostess discount).
What should my guests know?
- Please arrive 10-15mins early for your appointment, thus ensuring you will receive and enjoy your treatment(s) on time.
- Please note if young children are present, for their safety they need to be attended to at all times.
- If pregnant please state prior to treatment.
- Pampered Parties reserves the right to decline services for individuals who have warts, fungus or any communicable disease.
**Important**
Our professionals will refuse treatments, and full payment will still apply if clients present any of the following:
* Intoxication.
* Misconduct, such as suggestive comments or solicitation.
* Medical conditions prohibiting treatment, if not reported earlier.
