Spa Party Requirements
To service you and your guests adequately, we ask the following:
* Party Minimum of 4 (5 including yourself) - Maximum of 12
* Parties of 6 or greater may have to start no later than 4pm so that all services
may be finished at a decent time for all guests (depending on services requested etc)
* Please book your party well in advance!
* Once your party is booked a FINAL list of guests and their requested services MUST be given
within a week before the booked date - if not, this means that your party is NOT confirmed!!
* A final schedule of the party will be emailed to you prior to the party
* We will arrive 30mins before the scheduled party time to set up our equipment
* Parties are a time specially set aside for you and your guests to receive
treatments from a certified professional, therefore we ask that you give us
48hrs notice to reschedule or cancel your service or Party. If the time
requirement is not fulfilled, there will be a cancellation charge.
* If by any unforeseen circumstances we do not have the appropriate amount of
professionals to service your party, we may need to (at your discretion) re-book
the party within 24hrs notice.
* Please note travels fees may apply

Our professionals will refuse treatments, and full payment will still apply if
clients present any of the following:
* Intoxication
* Misconduct, such as suggestive comments or solicitation
* Medical conditions prohibiting treatment, if not reported earlier.
