Spa Party Guests

To service you adequately, we ask the following:

* Please arrive on time or early for your appointment, thus
ensuring you will receive and enjoy your treatment(s) on time.

* In accordance with Health Canada regulations, Spa Parties involving
clients under the age of 16 require adult supervision.

* Generally for body treatments you will need to disrobe to your comfort
level. For facials and body treatments you will always be in a private room.

* Please note if young children are present, for their safety they need to
be attended to at all times.

* Gratuities are not included in the prices and are only acceptable if you
feel your experience warrants it. We want to make sure your enjoy your experience
with us, so there is no pressure to tip if you feel it is not appropriate.
If you feel your experience was unsatisfactory, please let us know and we'll
do everything possible to correct it. If you are pleased with the treatment(s)
it is customary to give 10-15% to your professional.

* If pregnant please state prior to treatment

** Important **

Our professionals will refuse treatments, and full payment will still apply if
clients present any of the following:

* Intoxication
* Misconduct, such as suggestive comments or solicitation
* Medical conditions prohibiting treatment, if not reported earlier.
